About Minoan Solutions
Minoan Solutions M.I.K.E. was founded in 2022 by Dr. Patrick Alexander Baeuerle. It is located in Moires, District of Heraklion, Southern Crete, and has the Tax ID 801627588. The fiscal representation of Minoan Solutions is HERMES Tax Services in Thessaloniki www.hermestax.gr.
Minoan Solutions has invested in a new luxury destination in the South of Crete near the town of Agia Galini, District of Rethymno, which was completed in 2025. The project is called “Keras Cliff House” and can be booked year-round on its webpage www.kerascliffhouse.com for recreation, special events, shootings by the fashion and film industry and for company retreats. For recreational purposes, it can also be booked on a variety of the relevant platforms featuring vacation homes, e.g., on Booking.com or AirBnB.
The villa has been designed by architect Michalis Tzagarakis and Associates of Matala www.tzagkarakis.com and was realized from 2022 until 2025 under the leadership of Pelagia Papamatheaki, CEO of Crete Construction in Tymbaki www.creteconstruction.gr . The Hospitality Service of the Keras Cliff House is provided by Serhat Uenaldi and Hamza Houssaini of The Grove www.thegrovecrete-services.com .
A second role of Minoan Solutions M.I.K.E. is to provide consulting services to the biotech, pharmaceutical and finance industry. These services are provided by the founder and owner of Minoan Solutions, Prof. Dr. Patrick A. Baeuerle. A honorary professor of the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich. Dr. Patrick A. Baeuerle is also a consultant and scientific advisor to venture capital firms and numerous private and listed biotech companies. Prof. Baeuerle frequently works from the Keras Cliff House during rental-free periods. He is a sought-after specialist in the development of novel cancer therapies and in the biotech industry.
As an owner of a hotel and other real estate in Munich, Germany, and stemming from an architect’s family, Prof. Baeuerle also brings expertise in architecture, interior design, the hospitality industry and the real estate business.
