Managing Director

My name is Prof. Dr. Alexander Patrik (“Patrick”) Baeuerle. I am the owner and Managing Director of Minoan Solutions MIKE and Minoan Solutions GmbH.

I am a consultant to one of the largest venture capital firms in the USA with focus on health care, MPM Capital LLC, based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and to various private and NASDAQ-listed pharmaceutical companies. As an owner of a hotel and several houses in Munich, Germany, and stemming from an architect’s family, I also bring experience in architecture, interior design, engineering, renovation, and the real estate business in general.

Minoan Solutions MIKE is providing consulting services to the finance, pharmaceutical, film and advertisement industry. In addition, the company is investing in real estate on the island of Crete, is renting luxury vacation homes, and is offering its real estate to the film industry as shooting location.

The planning and construction of a first luxury villa in Minoan style has started near Agia Galini on the island of Crete.

The project near Agia Galini has been designed by Michalis Tzagarakis and Associates of Matala (Home - Tzagkarakis + Associates), and will be realized by Crete Construction – Quality Homes, of Tymbaki (Cretahouses - Construction - Crete Properties Greece - Cretan Houses and Properties for sale, Real estate, South Crete Properties, Luxury Villas and Houses for sale).
